Thanks @davemccoy. I'm not sure of my next step .... do I resteem newbie posts which I think are of value or are needing recognition? And how often can I do this?
well there is several things you can do.. are you on discord yet? If so my username is davemccoy#2479... if not, would you like to be? That is where everyone connects off of steemit to have more one on one chat... I can give you an invite, its easy to set up ... This is our newbieresteem room
once you are there just add me as a friend or comment in the general chat room and someone will help you when they are on.
to give you a brief answer to your question... yes that is one way to help. by directly resteeming good newbies... Another way is to invite them to send links to you by making a post (this is the easiest) ... and I will give you how to do this... another way to help is to go through our tag #newbieresteemday and finding post you like and resteeming them...
all 3 of these do something similar and also something different. I'd be happy to explain to you the upside and downside of each way. Also there are also so many other ways you can help too... Resteeming is just one simple way... but there may be other ways you like too!
