How to Stimulate Your Child's Mind With Shapes and Colors!

The introduction of shapes and colors is one of the most basic forms of science that must be taught, and mastered by the child. Color recognition is closely related to the development of imaginative and artistic abilities in children. One of the main factors in building imagination and creativity is recognizing and mastering colors.

Generally, children are able to recognize color at the age of 3-5 years. At that age he can only mention the color by name, such as blue, red, white and so forth. However, his associative abilities are not correct. You may have taught him the round sun is yellow and the square block is blue, but when asked what color a replacement sun (that you have painted pink) is, he will say yellow, as he is still associating shapes with colors.
