Team Work: Medical Team

Teams are essential, because through the contribution through knowledge, experience, initiative and creativity of each person can go further in the project that arises.

If I had to say the importance of having a good work team, I would say that more than important is paramount. Having and connecting with an excellent team, but in my particular case, from the medical point of view is essential and indispensable.
The work of a doctor can not be done only, the doctor needs to have a nurse or a nurse always by his side, a good bioanalyst and of course have other specialist colleagues to reach a diagnosis and treatment for a patient.
In the particular case of medical education, having a good team of professionals who combine education with medicine is the most appropriate for the contribution in the teaching-learning process.

As a personal anecdote I can comment on the particular case of medical journals.

The place: a hospitalization room where patients are admitted for different pathologies, undergoing treatment or waiting for a particular study. In this case, the team of doctors, residents, nurses and students of the different years of medicine, give their contribution, from their experience, wisdom and knowledge, in favor of a person.
This is one of the best experiences a doctor can have, and if that patient improves his condition that took him to the hospital, even better.

In another area, teamwork is necessary because it always adds up in favor of a project. I think, that the biggest and best team that you can have is the FAMILY, without a doubt.
