We are in the same sea. What matters most is we help each other. WE don't PICK whom we want to help. If I will be given a chance to become a whale I will make it sure that every Filipino (be it good or bad post -- I guess I'll put some remarks about if the post is too gross to read) has 1 dollar not because I like it, but because she/he has done some effor for the post.
