Does obeying the ten commandments mean that you are a rightous person?
I use to ask myself this question if rightousness is all about obeying the ten commandments, but today I have decided to bring that question to this platform so that I can get other people's point of view. From my own perspective I would draw a conclusion that if you obey the ten commandments, you could be considered to be rightous, but I came to discover that some books in the new testament talks about some commandments and things we should do in order to be considered a rightous being of which this thing stated in the new testaments are different from that of the old testament. So I will love to get contributions concerning the above question from inspired people.
I like your post.
The ten commandments is a guide to the kingdom of God and not a certificate.
Most books of the new testament is written based on people's understand while the old testament is written based on history
Ok,thank you for you contribution.
