We live in Valencia which is south of Catalonia, there they have an odd tradition I want to tell you about. Meet Tió de Nadal aka Caga Tió "Shit Log". He comes out on December 8th and kids are offering nuts and dry fruits every day and then covering him up with a blanked to keep him warm until December 24th. On Christmas eve they're beating it with a stick and sing:
Shit log,
Shit nougats,
Hazelnuts and mató cheese,
If you don’t shit well,
I’ll hit you with a stick,
Shit log!
And voila under the blanket there is everything they asked for!
What I wish from Nikolaus is to give a little something to the @travelfeed curation team who've been curating away every single day since February without asking for anything in return.
Looks like someone helped me to fulfill your wish.
