Hey Steemit!!!

As many of you know, I founded the @steemitbloggers discord server several months back with the intention of building, supporting and growing a community of truly quality Steemit bloggers.

During this time, we have all shared a lot together and within that, have stood by one another, supported one another, ridded ourselves of the "rif raf" and are now TRULY an EPIC FAMILY!!!

Over and above what I share on the @steemitbloggers feed and in the spirit of my love for all of these beautiful people, I have decided to personally and regularly select a few recent "family favourites" of mine and showcase them as I am about to do in this post...

Accounting in a Nutshell

For the entire month of April and May, I have been joining workshops to help me prepare for the MBA Program. We took up courses for financial and managerial accounting, statistics, math of finance, economics, and case studies. All of these courses should teach us the basics that we need to learn before we go into the knitty gritty part of Business Administration. All of these were designed to help graduates of non-management related courses and non-accountants learn the basics of different subject matters that are essential to the MBA Program.

Although tomatoes aren't the easiest plant to start with if you are planning on growing veg, they are one of the most rewarding. They offer the beginner veg-grower a fantastic start in understanding the commitment and care that is needed to grow veg successfully. Also, tomatoes straight from the vine are so different from what you will get in the supermarket or even a farmers market. Once you taste this fruit fresh from the plant, all that care and attention will be worthwhile and you'll be hooked for life.

My three-year-old has developed a fascination for slime and lately we have been going through tons of the stuff. In fact, to my despair, there’s slime in nearly every nook and cranny in my home, it’s an infestation of gooeyness! But, like always, I entertain my son and I take advantage of the things that fascinate him and try to turn the play into something casual and educational. So, this week we brought out the scientists in us once again and headed off to the lab (aka mom’s kitchen) to mix up our very own slimy and flubbery potion!

How DO I Tell What is Real & What is just Hormones?

So I've made no secret of the fact that I'm in my 40's. I'll be 47 in a few months. Ever since I hit 40, things have been different to say the least. I've always struggled with horrible mood swings with PMS, with depression and bipolar issues. I have lived with dissociative identity disorder (used to be called multiple personalities) for years, although it's been a good long while since I've had to deal with that upheaval, it is still a part of my history.
