<<<Roadblocks>>>
There are days when no matter what you do, things don't seem to move on. Its like pushing a broken down car and then getting upset over not being able to reach the destination.
What to do when in a fix?
Bang your head or clench your fist?
Weep loudly or sniffle quietly?
Curse yourself or blame destiny?

Why not maybe just 'be'. Observe your emotions from the outer being. Be your own audience for a day. See how the show fares.
Because when you dis-identify with your emotions-you see yourself as just 'you'. Pure and raw, bearing no titles; hence you are not in a hurry to 'do'.
When you are not in a state of 'doing' but rather 'being' you discover the 'real you'. The one without any external influences, motivations or agendas but rather someone who like Rumi says :
When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.
That is what defines you or makes you bit by bit until you get to see the sum of your parts as a whole. A whole person in this vast cosmos-like a twinkling star in the sky, or the first ray of the day, a mother's love for her child, a rose in its full bloom, sea with its high and low tides- part of something felt and seen.
So welcome these roadblocks as a sign that the fuel within you needs to be changed or re-filled and take your time to do it with all your heart. Don't cuss. Don't curse. Feel the air around you filling your lungs, feel the sunshine keeping you warm, feel the solid earth beneath your shaky existence and be drawn to life making you feel cherished in so many ways. Sit down and just appreciate in silence. Give gratitude. Look around. Smile. You are good to go!
