Week 5: Over a Month Now
It is over a month now and I am a bit happy with the results. I am near my short term goal of losing 10 kgs. I am currently 97.6 kg. I lost roughly 9kgs. Stuck to my diet of low to no carbs diet. Eliminated rice on my daily diet and replaced it with vegetables. I practiced intermittent fasting before but not this week. It really helped me a lot.
