Steps to master your mind; Philosophy, descriptive and practical

1521454038021.jpgThe human brain is a mysterious machine, the motor of life, so it is not surprising that, at the level of consciousness, we are not so agile to realize that, in a certain way, we respond and execute actions that the brain, instinctively, he orders us to do. Well, as it is said: knowledge is power! I will present 3 techniques to control your mind and improve the performance of your actions and decisions. These techniques are:

  1. Talk to the conscience: it consists in carrying out a very detailed conversation with ourselves, directing attention to our own person, this will help separate the mind from our conscience.
  2. Trimotor rule (Breathe, Forget, Dominate): three important steps will be executed when it comes to master the mind: first a breathing of 6 seconds of inhalation, 12 of retentive air in the lungs, and 3 seconds of exhalation .
  3. Look for peace: sad thoughts and memories should be made and modified with even sadder and more painful endings. This will help to reflect that the good and the bad is relative and that suffering is our own decision.

Finally, if these three techniques are performed, with enough intensity, you can resume the mood you want in your life, to the point that nothing can control your thoughts and emotional states.
