Do you upvote the comments you get?steemCreated with Sketch.

I am usually doing so if the comment is the only one or it is a high quality contribution to my photos or stories, then for sure.

I sometimes comment to others but not waiting to upvote my posts, it is just a little present if they do.

If you are networking like spiders and put a lot of comments on steemit you can gain followers and upvotes as well. I will continue upvoting the valuable comments because I usually do not get much so I can afford 5 a day.

I always upvote meaningful comments, with 5-10 or sometimes 30% power. This is a kind gift and good motivation for people.

I am doing it with 100% :)

I really fail on commenting as often the first thing that springs to mind is " wow thats a great photo" "it looks fantastic" "am really pleased for you" "congrats" ... These comments look spamming so often I end up not commenting at all 😕

Is there a limit to how many upvotes you can give? I'm still a little confused at how the upvote/$ system works on here.

I've upvoted a bunch of stuff since joining not knowing there was any limit etc.

The more you comment the lower your vote worth. You can upvote around 10 posts a day without loosing much power. But in the beginning when your voting is less than 1c it is not really matters.

The more you comment the lower your vote? or the more you vote the lower it goes?
Why would it go lower if you comment? Isn't the whole point interaction?

Sorry, the more you vote. Commenting not changes your voting power.

You can use steemnow thats one of my favourite app. Apart from some other useful info, it tells you how much your upvote is worth
