ZenTasktic: UI Updates, Bumping To Alpha 0.0.5
Although I am a bit behind the roadmap published a couple of months ago, development is still going on and the app is making progress.
I bumped the version one digit, and the app is now at 0.0.5 (from 0.0.4) but still alpha. This is not production ready, please play as much as you want with it, but do not use for production, your data may be lost!
The most important part I worked on was the UI. The visual layer starts to get a little bit of consistency. There are still areas without functionality (for instance, Zen Status and Zen Pulse are mainly placeholders because the backend is not yet ready to be linked) but the majority of other controls are processed and almost final.
These are the most important changes from the last version:
- fixed overlapping of container over the footer navbar, added padding for more visibility
- added panels to AssessTaskVersions and commented out the action buttons for sharing
- updated AssessTaskVersions features: sent to decide and delete didn’t work
- added a new attribute to the class panel-default, border darker color in css
- completed the chat bubble styles in AssessTaskVersions
- added attribute xx-large to the text of tasks in Assess
- finished to integrate panels and new icons in all the realms
Integration with Steemit
I did a lot of research and testing and I think I found a way to correctly integrate ZenTasktic with Steemit. If everything goes well, there will be some MVF (minimum viable feature) ready for public testing this weekend.
Thanks to all who helped me test this so far.
If you are new to Steemit or this project, I highly encourage you to have a look at the introductory post about ZenTasktic on its own blog: The Why?.
ALL funds you send to this account - directly or by upvoting - will be used to cover development costs. At this moment I'm on the free plan of Firebase but I expect costs to rise fast once we're out of alpha and people will start using the app on a daily basis. So every upvote, resteem or donation will be greatly appreciated.
