Dead whale left in car park all night after being thrown in a bin

A dead whale was filmed flopping out of a bin after police dumped it there using a digger. The animal had washed up on a beach and authorities needed to move it as it was a ‘biohazard’ which needed to be tested to find out how it died. A blunder meant that a large enough container wasn’t found, and the whale had to lie in a car park all night
