This is my mother's cooking for dinner,and it also one of famous GuangDong style dishes called 盤龍鱔。

這是我媽媽晚餐煮的一道粤式菜叫盤龍鱔

鱔 Eel likes the dragons making an cycle and lying, That's the name how to come from.

鱔魚像一條龍盤旋在碟子中烹調,這是名字的由來

Here is a reason that why GuangDong people likes to cook it like that

為什麼廣東人喜歡這樣的烹調方式來煮鱔魚

Because the people want to be sure that the restaurant is really cooking the whole Eel(from head to tail) and no one stole any.

是因為他們想確定飯店沒有偷工減料,從頭到尾都把鱔魚烹煮了。
