[Question] How can Steem Apps capitalize at the moment?
There used to be some discussion about giving application developers some commission over the rewards of the posts created with it.
Was this implemented? Is there a link to a discussion somewhere?

The feature is called multiple beneficiaries payout and was introduced in the last hard fork.
I haven't been working on busy for a couple of months now, so I'm a little out-of-date
