Should I deposit my tax refund into the Steemit community?

...or should I probably just avoid that since @berniesanders and his army of bots are actively suppressing my content? I've hardly been here a week and I'm somehow caught in a crossfire.

@jerrybanfield, I'd love it if you got involved here. It is your videos and content that drew me into Steemit. I really the enjoy the idea of a network of creative people building value together. I'm in the process of writing for your contest. It is deeply personal, as you'd expect... I'm having a hard time now feeling like this is a proper forum for it.

Being an early adopter would have been great, but I'm not. I'm seeing an environment being grossly manipulated by authoritarian bullies and their bots. Is there something I can do to protect myself from that?
