it worked fine yet. until now the post has got 11$ in upvotes
and the notice is meant to be that if you use this 8$ offer, then you should not use any OTHER vote bots until this one has done his job

I will rewrite this soon. As it has caused a lot of confusion. The upvote bots are only allowed to Upvote once per post so to avoid double efforts If you are using the 3 SBD or 8 SBD service wait until we have bought all of the bids for you by proxy. If there is one we missed there was probably a great reason.
One common reason is that their voting power can never cover your bid. A penny bot it doesn't matter too much its a penny and you get an upvote of hopefully a penny but it's a penny. One of the mini whales though sometimes a 3.000 SBD bid might only get you a 1.500 Upvote . We avoid these situations and when needed issue refund when we can't make the bid or try to allocated a more positive upvote else where. If you use the service and do not see an upvote bot you can still try them later as they could have just been down and not accepting bids so we skipped them.
