RE: Where Have the Steemians Gone?
Filipino communities are so wide spread I don't know how or why other new members can't get help. We have steemph and I have noticed that there are lots of filipino community in esteem, steempress, etch. Those are the ones that I only know and I know there are more.
For the people who gave up because the prices of steem/sbd are down are not thinking straight or lacking knowledge.
If the prices are down don't spend it yet if you don't need it yet. Just accumulate more steem so when the price go up again you have more steem to sell.
Some say not all people are bloggers. But if you see them on facebook they have so much to say and so much posts. Steemit has evolve, you can now post micro blogs or even just pictures (your selfies sa mga mahilig magselfy) and it is all ok now to do that in steemit.
Young students should be the ones who are into this. As long as they don't expect a "get rich quick" they will benefit from it.
Yes. They join Philippines Discord to pile in their links at the Discord. There are people who are willing to help, but some don't just aks questions.
Another reason is gap arises. Some people insists on journalistic articles or exceptional contents undermining the apps and condensers designed for Steemit.
Others jumped in the bandwagon. Well, it's normal to some people.

Yep if they only ask.
Esteem average vote with goodkarma is about $1.20 average I think.
Then there is PAL and steemph (not working lately) upvote bots.
If you use the tag Philippines a possibility of upvote from @surpassinggoogle and @bayanihan
If they use steempress an average vote from them is $2.40 but they will take 15% cut
So yeah look at that possibilities... Not massive dollars but where can you get that specially in Philippines, $1 for just say 30 minutes of your time.
They should not do that because even the witnesses accepted the evolution of the steemit platform. Many DAPPs/APPs made and getting made around the steemit platform which don't focus on "journalistic articles or exceptional contents".
However, it depends on the person giving the vote. If the person think that the post is not worth his / her upvote because its lacking the quality then I guess it is their right to do so.
Yes. There are apps there which gives uovote as well, and earn tokens. Hede.io, actifit, dlike, etc. There are a lot of ways. Some people are either just lazy to explore or unsatisfied.
Regarding those people insisting exceptional contents, they criticize even a post of your daily food photo. I don't mind. It's either they have limited knowledge about Steem or just narrow-minded. Of course, quality content is good, but you don't have to be overly criticizing them.

This is what other people just realized and others have not.
If I post a blog or article with very good quality and with 2000 words, I will get an average upvote of $1.50 if I use esteem. This blog might take me 1 hr to 2 hrs to make.
If I post a picture of my food with 3 or 4 sentences for description and post it with esteem I will get an average upvote of $1.50. This post or blog might take me 5 to 10 minutes to post.
Which one would you rather do, No. 1 or No. 2?
How about this.
If I post a blog or article with very good quality and with 2000 words, I will get an average upvote of $1.50 if I use esteem. This blog might take me 1 hr to 2 hrs to make.
I will post a picture with a short description and will get an upvote of $0.50. This post will only take me 3 minutes to create and post. If I will make 3 of these I already have a total of $1.50
Which one would you rather do? Of course you will pick No. 2.
These are the things that other people are missing or not seeing.
