The lack of communication from the Steemit devs is frustrating

I have been active on Steemit since November last year and, proof me wrong, but there hasn't been a proper update on the development of the Steemit/Steem platform at all.

There was a post about the Hardfork 0.20 one or two months ago saying that a release candidate would be ready "at the end of the year". Since then: Nothing.

I tried to find an update of the development of the SmartMediaTokens but could not find one either. I looked at the Github-Pages of steemit (https://github.com/steemit/steem) and my impression is that maybe 2 or 3 people are actively working on the whole project. This may not be the case, but from an outstander it really makes me wonder. Steemit and the Steem-Blockchain are growing with a rapid pace and with the amount of funds available there should be a whole team working on it with all their effort. Again: This might be the case, but the lack of communication doesn't give me that impression at all.

So please: Be more open about the development. Post updates on the development process REGULARLY. With that investors, who truly believe in the concept pf the wholeplatform, will be more confident about their decision to invest in it.!
