WATCHOUT STEEMIT Minnows are dying; our future is dying, let's protect our future

I know that minnows, plankton and the whole whale thing is not a food chain but hierarchical profile of steemit but

We (minnows) are still survivors in the sense that we manage to keep our heads up every single passing day and more particularly, we die out everyday of depression tho' new members evolve everyday to join this group

The part of this that I don't understand is why the steemians up the ladder Never look back to check out what's up behind them down the ladder to encourage the freshers/newbies (I don't want to Call them minnows now) even if it will only be on the #introduceyourself tag to motivate freshers and boost or sustaIn their morales for a start

Permit me to ask you this questions; if you had 0.04 or less in your first post (introduceyourself) how would you summon or muster the courage to continue? Or make up another post? and how would you answer these arising thoughts in you;did anyone see that at all?am I invisible? You'll feel like screaming "does anyone even care" here on steemit.

If this challenge persist, so many fresh account will end up being in hibernation and them most will be erased/liquefied because the interest and the morale of our newbies died after the first post and tried enough to post more but could not withstand a LOSE!!! LOSE!! LOSE! Attempt

I'm appealing to the whales now to do something about it or if they are too busy and can't help a friend in distress, the administrative should do so for the future of steemit (our next community)

don't forget that someone once said "we moment we stop caring is the moment we lost our humanity"

I had a quest #POPULATESTEEMITNOW but how would I be able to convince a friend to climb up up a ladder when I myself, I'm still hanging beneath .Please let us give this a second thought.
