Newly Launched, Donald Trump's Pride Blog is Now Permanently Closed
Former US President Donald Trump's blog is now permanently closed. In fact, the blog, which was previously referred to as a rival social media, was only launched a month ago.
'From the Desk of Donald J. Trump' is the blog he uses as a medium for sharing statements after Twitter and Facebook banned him from their platforms.
"That page won't come back," Trump senior aide Jason Miller told CNBC. "It's just in addition to the wider effort we have and work on," Miller said by email.
Miller declined to provide further details on the 'efforts they will be working on'. But when asked about efforts to join other social media platforms, Miller replied: “Yes, actually. Stay here!"
A month ago, Donald Trump launched 'social media' on his official website, www.donaldjtrump.com. This page has a blog-like appearance, with a 'share' feature to Facebook and Twitter.
There is a video released by Donald Trump as an inauguration, its content is still related to his claim to be a victim of US election fraud.
Visitors are also invited to "sign up for notifications", so that every post 'Trump' can be sent directly to their inbox. Uniquely, there are very prominent "shop" and "contribute" options.
At the time of its launch, Miller boasted on Twitter that the blog could be a good resource for finding Trump's remarks, "but it's not a new social media platform."
Since leaving office on January 20, Trump has hinted time and again that he will run for the White House again in 2024.
After Trump left the White House he shared various official statements through his new office and the political action committee, Save America.
On Wednesday afternoon, Trump shared a new statement attacking GOP Governor Doug Ducey of Arizona as RINO—a derisive acronym for “Republican in name only” for vetoing a bill on critical race theory training for government workers.
