Making a friend matters like your first school day. I remember being on Steemit the first day. A couple number of people said "welcome" with a smile. I still remember how warm and welcoming that felt. Point is this... it made you feel good and welcomed as part of something. Why do we do this? To make them feel welcome, important and mainly to make them want to stay ! To feel good inside and want to interact on something. Win others' interest... Making them feel like THEY MATTER!
