Open Letter to All Legislators
Dear Legislator,
We have received a criminal complaint, 1st Amendment petition and request to enter into mediation from a Constitutional Enforcement Officer of the Civilian Authority of We the People, along with credible direct evidence documenting an unconstitutional infringement on the 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution, that clearly establishes probable cause, that you and the members of your staff have severally perpetrated:
an intentional criminal conspiracy to levy war on We the People and against the 2nd Amendment (ref https://steemit.com/steemit/@uscfhq/american-freedom-2020-e307c0816ef54), and
a criminal conspiracy to commit treason under Article III Section 3 of the US Constitution (punishable by up to death under 18 U.S.C. § 2381) in violation of your allegiance owed to the Civilian Authority of We the People (sovereign 1st branch of government), established when you swore an oath of office to uphold and defend the US Constitution.
As such, We the People are hereby putting you on official notice that you and all the above mentioned alleged conspirators face the possibility of indictment by a federal and/or civilian grand jury, arrest by law enforcement and/or constitutional enforcement officers, detainment pending trial, conviction by a jury of your peers, and sentencing up to capital punishment as principles in these alleged crimes if found guilty under Article III, Section 3 of the US Constitution and 18 U.S.C. § 2381.
We the People's question is, "Why shouldn't the Civilian Authority of We the People, the sovereign largest armed force in the world, exercise our God-given powers to enforce the US Constitution and defend the Bill of Rights and the 2nd Amendment in order to prevent a state of lawlessness and constitutional crisis perpetrated by you and your staff's criminal conspiracies by bringing you all to justice under due process of law for this planned tyrannical act of treason?"
In consideration of the fact that you are all non-violent offenders, We the People say they are ready to discuss a possible plea deal to give you an opportunity to rectify your transgressions against our rights and redress these grievances as follows:
- Amnesty from capital punishment with a reduced sentence of probation without detainment in exchange for
- withdrawing the aforementioned bill and
- submitting a letter of apology admitting guilt for supporting the bill and
- agreeing not to propose, vote in favor of, or sign into law unconstitutional legislation ever again by signing the Contract With America and having it notarized and emailed to [email protected] (see https://steemit.com/steemit/@uscfhq/csz-step-3-mediation-resolution-contract-between-we-the-people-and-government-officials-contract-with-america ); otherwise,
- the amnesty deal will be revoked and you will be subject to having your life, liberty, property and dignity placed in jeopardy by a jury of your peers.
What do you have to say for yourself in this regard and what is your decision regarding the plea deal being offered?
If we do not receive a reply to this email at [email protected] within 7 days we will proceed with filing this public complaint on blockchain and with securing a grand jury indictment that could lead to permanently tarnishing your record by being listed in the Constitutional Offenders Database if indicted and convicted, at the very least.
