The Freedom Movement of the United States of America on behalf of the Civilian Authority of We the People, just published an open letter to all law enforcement officers (LEOs) exercising their First Amendment right to petition government for a redress of grievances.
The main issue was LEOs not using their long established discretion to arrest (Justice Scalia, "a well-established tradition of police discretion has long coexisted with apparently mandatory arrest statutes.") when it comes to enforceing unconstitutional laws, especially those related to the abridgement, infringement and unwarranted transgression of our First, Second and Fourth Amendment rights.
The petition letter offers constitutional offender LEOs, who have not used lethal force or violence to violate our constitutional rights, a path to amnesty and avoiding the stain and stigma of a permanent blockchain record in the NEW Constitutional Offenders Database (maintained by the Freedom Forces at http://steemit.com/@uscfhq), which could impact a person's chances of running for public office, or even securing employment at a company that values our constitutional rights.
To keep a clean record, all the offending LEOs need do is download, sign and submit the Contract With America to the Freedom Forces via email at [email protected] which is also where they can request a current blank copy of the contract.
What happens if these rogue LEOs do not comply? Those who remain in contempt of the Civilian Authority of We the People and the US Constitution will remain subject to impeachment, indictment by grand jury, and being placed into jeopardy by a jury of their peers of potentially losing their life, liberty and/or property through due process of civilian law exercised under the Ninth and Tenth Amendment rights and governmental powers reserved by the Civilian Authority of We the People, which include the powers delegated under the US Constitution.
