Best Author Reward Project For steemians!
Hello to the dear steemians I am going to announce that We are starting Best Author reward project,Which means We will gave random reward on every weekend, What are the Project Purpose and How some one will take part in the Project.
In this Fast growing steemian community it is hard for the new users and some old users who are posting quality contents but not getting any upvotes from the community members and from the whales.Most of them are busy in upvoting there own post and some make many account and upvoting all post daily to get more earning, I have started this mission to gave random reward to the Best and deserving steemians.
The main purpose of this project is to gave some small amount of reward to the deserving author who work hard on there posts and not getting there reward.
In Order to Participate in the project you need to follow these steps:

Please only submit one quality post in a week with payout less than 1$ to take part,Extra post will be rejected.
From Monday To Friday The Post will be accepted ,So please Send your Post From Monday To Friday .After Friday any post send will be not included in the reward project.
The Winner Of the week will be selected by our team members who will select the winners of the week on the bases of the post quality and there hard work on the post style and correct grammar and spelling .
Number of winner will be more than 1 for sure the reward will be equaly distributed to all winners.
Number of winner will be increase with the increase in the reward amount as the reward amount is increase the winner prize and no will be increase as well.
As every one knows that upmewhale is Returning all the profit to the Delegators .
For the reward project i am offering 5% of the curation earning per week ,i will gave my 5 % of earning at the current time to best authors.
Currently the reward will be a bit small but with time the power will be more and the reward will be high as well.
The Reward will be calculated and will be distributed on each Sunday,As the winner are selected on the saturday the reward will be distributed to the winners of the week.
As i am giving 100% return to the delegators i am requesting the whales to support this project by delegating some amount of Steem power to upmewhale to support this project.
The Users who want to support the project by just delegation the amount and there earning go to the reward pool can also contact me before delegating .
The delegators will get 100% return and be a part of this project to give the higher return to the best authors.
The more steempower the bot get the higher will be the curation reward and the higher will be the winner amount and No of winners per week.

But I have some doubts regarding your new project so that people will have a clear understanding of what you are trying to do.
1 How will you curate the posts, are there any specific guidelines of what kind of posts you will be accepted and rejected?
2 You said that the winners will be selected based on the post quality, post style and correct grammar and spelling, while your own post has a lot of grammatical errors.
Like: "Hello to the dear steemians i am going to announced" with a small i , it should be capitalized and then it should be announce not announced.
I know you will say what kind of a person I am, I too make a lot of grammatical mistakes in my posts.
But if you are making so many mistakes in your posts, how will you notice the mistakes in the submitted articles?
3 How much transparency will be there?
Will you share all the submitted articles and the ones you have selected to reward or just the ones that you have selected to reward?
4 Will there be curators from different niches or just a bunch of guys who will select the winners from all the posts?

I have read of your initiative here, and whereas it looks good to the eyes, that you speak of curating quality posts, and yet make grammatical errors as obvious as these leaves a lot to be desired. I mean, your mistakes are too obvious.
Whether or not you are the one who will select the winner is immaterial. You are the host, and in many ways, the indirect beneficiary. This makes your own quality potential the first indicator of the worth of those who will do your biding. It is that simple.

Your points are well taken, but I think it's potentially OK for him to continue with his current posting standard if he is having separate, verifiable and qualified curators handling the post selection.
However, what he ought to do is have one of them help with his posts, too! Maybe even ask a winner to help.

I think you @upmewhale should take @looftee No.1 and 4 concern into consideration. That is to say, your prospective participants who want to join, need to know if there are any specific guidelines of what kind of posts ( and by kind I mean what niche e.g. poetry, religion, sports, life, steemitpromo, etc) would be accepted, rejected or given higher consideration to be a winner post.

Thank you for doing this. As a published author I have found it frustrating attempting to find a niche by which to draw attention to some of the work that I do. I recognize that in the community there is great interest with crypto currencies but little else that I am aware of. I've written 20 books on many esoteric subjects which on other platforms are of great interest to many listeners. But have found little draw with regard to attention here in this portal. Perhaps this will renew interest in trying to establish an audience here since I know that my work is of great interest to many worldwide but for whatever reason overlooked here in this community. And so thank you for encouraging those that are new to this platform like myself and for making an effort to draw attention to new content and new members. God bless

It's not sick, it was an accurate analysis of the commenter. Quality posts should be rewarded but the mentality of joining steemit and then complaining when you don't instantly strike it rich has to be challenged

Understanding the mistrust of most negative comments I still have to say the idea is brilliant. Being a newby with the aspiration to share (IMHO) important and valuable content to the community I tested for some days with "half steam" and have to say I started to have second thoughts seeing all those bot action and the actions of big whales...
I actually think about starting more or less exactly what you are doing.. kind of human intelligent terminator bot that upvotes high quality with delegated power as opposition to skynet bot system.. ;-)
I would also recommend not to include email for application of posts...

Stealing money? That is exactly what you were doing to the reward pool with your bid bot abuse. Just because you can pay for upvotes on content that adds NO value does not mean you should. I hope you have learned your lesson and we can work together henceforth.
Maybe I'll sketch the situation. This is not my first account. I created the first account on my name, - I run a small business in a small country, I wanted to describe my thoughts on this business in the blog, describe my city and its rich history. I wrote the first entry and guess what? 8 views and 2 upvotes by bots (the blog may not have been the best - I'm not native english but I think that over time I would learn and become more valuable). I thought it was not worth investing my time, it was not even about money - it's just that nobody reads it.
So in order to "play" and learn to promote I created the current account. I decided to try voting bot and discovered that some produce even positive ROI - some negative but at the end ROI is between -10% ROI to + 5% ROI. I thought it was a fair risk for promotions and once I have more readers I will be able to start writing valuable things. So, I've created some threads just for try. I bought steem for my money (around $ 120). And then @grumpycat @madpuppy fllag attack me with fury, I lost about 30 $ through them.
Why @grumpycat @madpuppy does not attack whales only small consumers of bit bots service? Like @ z8teyb289qav9z who earns about $ 300 on his post and gives people $ 30 as a upvote. This is a huge return.
We all probably want the stieemit to grow. For do this we need new people who will be browsing it every day like twitter or fackebook. To do this, we need not only good quality, but also DIFFERENT quality.
When I was attacked, I felt that a steemiet is an environment of mutual adoration which rules money. People who have the most in the wallet decide what is valuable and what is not? This is not a democracy, it is an oligarch and it is much worse than a few spammers.
Well, the entire system is based on Stake Weighted Voting, so yeah, it is totally up to those with stake to decide what is valuable.
I don't claim that is going well. If you don't like the idea of money rules, this might be one of the worst projects to be a part of.
