Two more downvote-account with no own steempower @tsarnicolai

Hello @steemcurator01 and @steemitblog,

I already wrote a post about the topic that accounts exist here at steemit without own steempower who post nothing and obvisiouly their only reason why the exist is to use the steempower delegated by steemit to downvote content:

I have two new accounts: @ihaiha and @crissborg so the list of accounts is now:

@tsarnicolai
@ihaiha
@crissborg

As all this accounts downvote every time with 10% it seems for me that the same person / group opened this accounts and abuse the system as they bring no own steempower but use the steempower delegated by steemit for their actions.

I would suggest to take away the delegated steempower from this accounts and add it to the curation-accounts of steemit.

What you think about this suggestion ?
