Hi! You gave good advices but about scam hack links I want to say that sometimes even such services which should clean Steemit from spamers and scam make mistakes and flaging clear links. So happened with me in May, when I told in one my post my story how I knew and joined to this platform. And also I put link on sites tinkofjournal.ru and rbc.ru for which my post was flagged. So I want to say that even if link seems to you strange better check it with some secure method before flagging it.

I thought that by reporting a user, steemcleaners would do a serious check before flag or downvote...
Personally, every time I reported a user for plagiarism, I had the real link in evidence so I was sure of myself. But you're right, you should not abuse the report either. Abuses can happen in the wrong way ....
