Good initiative! Hopefully this original reward will motivate through this though investigative work.
Good luck and remember that you can't unresteem something if every you find out later they are fake.
Maybe you could make an bi-monthly report from another other account of the most interesting peoples that you've found joining Steem.

I am aware of that, that's why I am closely looking at every post I resteem - Of course I won't find out about every fake - but I hope about the most of them!
