Forza Motorsport 7, announced for Xbox One and PC
At the Microsoft E3 conference, the following title from the prestigious series of car simulators was also presented, one of the main reasons why you could have wanted an Xbox console in the past.
The announcement got some features that made it stand out. For the first time at a gaming conference, the new Forza Motorsport 7 and the next 911 series Porsche , 911 GT2RS has been announced. Microsoft has announced on this occasion a six-year partnership with the German sports car maker, so be prepared to meet Porsche in the next Xbox One games. Taking into account that such presentations have been reserved exclusively for car shows in the past, I consider this announcement to be a great victory for Microsoft, making it an exclusive preview of E3.
Returning to the game, Forza Motorsport 7 will benefit from the power of the newest Xbox console, Microsoft promising us to run at 60 frames per second, rendered in 4K resolution. A great performance that you do not find very often even with a super computer, let alone a console.
During the conference, a new demonstration was made in the game of the new Porsche running a circuit in Dubai. A variety of weather conditions have been shown, ranging from sunny weather to muddy road, rains, wet asphalt, or even lightning storms. In its final version, the game will offer us over 700 super cars, aimed to be the largest collection of Lamborghini, Ferrari and Porsche models ever shown in a video game.
And while two other Forza titles that were formerly exclusive to Xbox are now available in the Windows Store for Windows 10, Forza Motorsport 7 will be the first in the series to be released on the PC concomitantly with the console. The game will be available in the fall of October 3 for Xbox One and Windows 10, and it is also a launch title for the Xbox One X when it will see the light of day later on November 7.
