@tipU Investors Report 16.04.2018: Payouts Schedule Update
Hi guys, quick update today.
I've updated the payouts timing. Before all payouts were sent at specific hour which was not very safe - in case of a steem node error, all investors would have to wait.
Now if @tipU has nothing to do (no tip or upvote to send), he will send payout to random investor. The algorithm checks which investors didn't receive payout for the last 12 hours and picks one to send it. This means that one investor can receive up to 2 payouts per 24 hours :)

It all depends on demand vs supply. With 2.5 back I'm afraid that again whole vote power would be drained in one hour and users would ask why they can't use @tipu upvotes :(

Hi, for upvotes, you said it's x2, that means, if I send 1SBD, I'm getting 2SBD worth? Minus 25% curation or what? Can you explain pls. I want to try it now.
Yep, if you'll send 1 SBD, you'll receive 2 SBD upvote (if the post is not too old, hasn't been flagged by steemcleaners etc.)
In general, 25% of post value is a reward for curators so 1.5 SBD will be left for you (and further divided between SBD, STEEM and STEEM POWER during the payout).
How old is too old? I sent for a 6 day old post, I got a refund

Naah, minnowsupport node is slow but! https://rpc.buildteam.io is back again so this should speed things up:) still around 2k blocks to go.
