I'm not sure where a full list can be found at, basically this one shows the top... 50 or 100 (I think its fifty). So I've taken my weekly average curation rewards multiplied them by 52 (for every week of the year) multiplied that by 100, and then divided that by my total SP I have and I get my percent of the year.
The list starts around 17% so anything under that isn't being shown. I finally hit 18% so I made it on, usually I sit at 15-16%, just shy. But here's the link to the site.
