I get that the tags are supposed to be the filters.

All I am saying is that a lot of people don't use a language in their tags so it makes it pretty hard to sort by what you want to see based on language.

For example, I speak English, a little bit of German, pretty fluent in Spanish.

Even being bilingual it is hard for me to scroll through the new posts without seeing pages of things like this:

If I was to keep scrolling, it would show many other things not in English or Spanish, that I would have no idea what it is or what it is talking about.

Sure, it makes everyone see every post in chronological order but what is the point in seeing everything if you can't understand it.

Maybe we just need a universal translator, that will give you posts in the language you want to see them in. Maybe even a marker to select your default language so everyone knows what you posted it in. That way it would help people translate the language if needed or at least be able to read it in their language and understand any words that were miscontrued.
