The Cameroon Steemit Program

Mindful of the fact that @mr-greens of @thegreens is the most active and known Cameroonian Steemian, @thegreens have taken upon themselves the challenge to train and subscribe 150 Cameroonians to Steemit before the year runs to an end.
In a strategic planning meeting attended by @mr-greens and the Secretary General of The Greens, it was resolved that we;

1. Create a WhatsApp Group and add all the steemians we have ever trained to the group.
   

2. Share all the juicy Steemit opportunities such as #TheDiaryGame and other contests to the WhatsApp Group so that the steemians can get engaged

3. Reactivate all the dormant Steemit accounts and support their blog posts with resteems and upvotes

4. Organize weekly Steemit trainings at the Y’G Inc, @yemsgroup office

5. Train and subscribe 150 Cameroonians to the Steem blockchain before the end of the year 2020

6. Search and connect all Cameroonians on Steemit as well as search and curate all Cameroonian content.

7. Start a Steem Njangi to support and empower Cameroonian Steemians. @mr-greens was assigned to work on modalities of the Steem Njangi

8. Connect Cameroonian steemians to #SteemAfrica and diverse communities based on their passion.

The first phase of the Cameroon Steemit Program is expected to last for six months during which we will organize 24 Steemit trainings and subscribe 150 Cameroonians to the #Steem blockchain.

The following items and their estimated costs are required to complete the first phase of the project;

1. Internet device and Internet fees: @thegreens already has an internet device they acquired via steem support last year. We only need internet fees for six months and monthly internet costs 15,000CFAF (approx 30SBD). This implies our internet for six months is estimated to cost approximately 180SBD.
2. Coffee and snacks. To make the trainings lively and energetic, we envisage providing the trainees with coffee and a few snacks. We estimate training at least 7 persons every week and approximately 25 persons every month. A cup of coffee and some snacks will cost approximately 1000CFAF (2SBD) per person. This implies our monthly coffee bill will stand at 25000CFAF (50BD) for 25 persons and the entire program will require coffee worth approximately 300SBD
3. @thegreens will organize some of the trainings at The Greens office and others at Y’G Inc. office and both offices as well as office equipment are being made available for free.

We will appreciate if Steemians across the globe can support the Cameroon Steemit Program so that we can bring more amazing Cameroonians to Steem blockchain.
