Steemit Not Paying me My Rewards (-^-)
Things change and only change is Constant.I was away for like 2 months from steemit and still I consider myself a new user who doesn't have much knowledge of steem.
Recently the thing which I am unable to figure out is how our commenting rewards system works if you Upvote your own Comments or Posts.
I had upvoted my own comments and when now after seven days I was supposed to get payout I got nothing. I am just unable to see how much I got paid on upvoting my comments.
You can see on my three comments I had upvoted myself but I got no payout.I don't know Steemit has changed their reward system or what.
Addition to that on the third comment even someone else had upvoted me but I didn't get pay for that too.
But on my that comment where only other steemit User had upvoted me, I got payment for that.
So what does this mean, do you only get paid if someone else upvotes your comments and if you are upvoting yourself so that means you are cheating and steemit will not reward you??
Can you please tell me this, I am really worried.

in general better to upvote other people, but maybe at that time your voting power was drained so much to only have payout of less than $0.01 per vote. You can check voting power at steemd.com/@theafroguy and it recharges 20% per day. I hope that helps you
Thank you skybreaker for your reply. I have checked that and my voting power was not drained. I have been taking care of my voting power.
Funny thing is before payout it shows how much you will get like at one comment I was supposed to get 3 cents but after payout time, it showed nothing.
Even now I have more than 90% power and I have upvoted you, but If I will upvote myself even now I will not get payout.
this is a very strange problem indeed. I thought maybe it could have been flags because some bots target people that do a certain percentage of their upvoting onto themselves, but looking past the 7 day mark I don't see any sign that is what happened. Well, I am not sure the cause but definitely keep an eye on this!
Yeah that is why I am worried. I don't know what is the reason and even not a old user has replied.

Hmm idky you wouldn't get paid? I have never paid much attention to what I get paid for commenting upvotes. Has it been 7 full days? Have you been paid for upvoting your own comments in the past?
Yeah it is more than seven days. Problem is, usually when you get paid for one post, you can see the payout by clicking on the drop drown option which shows how much you got paid and how much curators but in commenting where I have upvoted my comments I am unable to get that drop down menu.
It is weird.

i'm pretty new here but i'm investing a lot of time on my posts and also searching for good posts... I hope the rewards come to me after some good working time!
Also, have you ever got your steem or sbd out and got cash for it?
I'm not there yet and i think is gonna be a long time for me to get there but at some point i would like to use some money earned here.

I have the same issue. I was tracking my 2 cents payment and just before 7 days was due it still showed it, shortly after too with time indication 1 minute ago, but then the payments just disappeared and can't see the dropdown menu either. And nothing in my wallet. Has happened quite a few times this past week. Do you know what's going on? Any solutions? Thanks in advance!
