Also, when all of the 'Russiagate' Twitter accounts shared the article claiming that 'the Dutch finally have proof that Russia hacked the DNC', they are tacitly admitting that until then there was no proof of it at all. Their witchhunt was merely based on hearsay.
As you say, even the Dutch report is completely inaccurate.
Objectively speaking, a lot of claims have been made. And very little supporting evidence provided.
