If you click on each of their profiles, there's instructions on how to get them to upvote your comment/post.
You have to wonder why you would do that. All that effort for 30 cents? The smartest approach is to work out how to get more than that without having to pay someone for the upvote.

Great Faucet** Good just doesn't do it justice!
