Things are so so so hard. In my case, the only thing "days" know how to do is "fly". Now, i have to keep up the pace and my wings have holes. 

Anyway, today is Saturday and the Steemgigs discord talk will still hold. I usually get to know that it is Saturday on Friday midnight. 

Today's talk will not have a settled format too. It will have a direction though. 

There will be a change to the time. It will now be held 12 am Sunday/Sat (today)!!! We will stick to the 1 hours 30 mins time frame. 

We are shifting the time forward because of the state of the internet for me, here in Manila. Signal appears to drastically get better after 12 midnight.

Thus, the SteemGigs weekly talk on discord will be held every Saturday/Sunday at 12 am Manila Time! (GMT+8)  

Today

Today, we will touch on "the steemit post". We will try to explain "how powerful a steemit post can be". 

According to me, on steemit, "our steemit post" is still one of our strongest arsenals. In the world as a whole "words" still rule the world.

From before creation, there were the Almighty Jehovah's words; "Let the be light" and there was light.

Sometimes, the difference between success and struggles, in how weighty your words are and especially to you. If your very own words, don't mean that much to you; when you pop them, they will come out ordinary, generic etc.

Except you are Mr Bean/Rice, content has "words" in them or at the very least "words" can be formed out from any form of content and content is a base-part of how steemit works. On the discord, i will touch on the "how many different ways, i have a used a very simple-looking steemit post".

This week went hastily by, that i wasn't able to contact @mavericinvictus and others, regarding the "style-guide" of the today's talk and subsequent talks.

Well, i didn't even know it was going to be recorded. Now, i have to be conscious during the talks and not sing too much.

One may easily like to focus on the tech-side alot, in measuring success of "a tech" but i tell you, these days the "human" side works a ton.

Like i usually say, i didn't read the steemit whitepaper when i arrived on the steemit. I went to seek out the man (Ned), to try to hear (his) conviction about steemit, from his undertone. 

I sought out his comments; his reactions to stimuli etc

I also wanted to see what "the vision within the dream" was and the very substance of the "vision within the dream".

To accomplish these, i need to pay attention the very tiny, un-obvious elements that constitutes the man (Ned). 

From day one, i did see that social, "human" side to him. He was peer-able-into and this for me, was key!

I wrote an entire article (in the past) to highlight "12 evidence that he didn't play chess". This can easily have been seen as me in play-mode but play-mode is where many answers lie.

Hahaha, so perhaps i was in serious play. "12 evidence that he didn't play chess" was me pay attention intently to the man (Ned) even in his play-moments, to determine the very substance of the man. 

From day one, i connected with the man, on a social level etc I saw more of the genius behind the steemit model because i looked at the man. 

He showed these "human" sides on his recent trips to other nations. Yes, he is geek or so but you could see in the videos, in his talks that he had these other essential sides. He was sociable etc and he draws connection. He has the "human" aspect and he is about "humans", even moreso than tech.

Communities!

He went all the way to Korea simply because he was interested in finding out what is stirring "the growth of steemit in Korea", faster than in other regions. This is a very "human" interest and i tell you, it was "these things" more than the tech, that made "steemit" my bus-stop.

Well, many may not know but in the long past when i dug comments of him, his mum was involved in the process of choosing the eventual name, "steemit". When they were playfully looking for names in the room one day, his mum came in playfully and the name "steemit" was found and i tell you, the name "steemit" was one other major thing that drew me in on steemit. Yes, it stuck the very first time and though i didn't join the very first time, "steemit" had stuck and it was very familiar the very next time i saw it and i was drawn in.

These human sides to the man behind steemit, were powerful in making me stick.

If you look closely, many amazing things are coming steem's way e.g SMT (Smart Media Tokens) and it is very related to community and capabilities to grow existing communities and capabilities to incite the creation of new communities e.g fund-raising (ICOs), monetization and autonomous community growth etc

Much of this appeal to "self", "autonomous" etc; highlighting further the true beauty of the steem blockchain

Once in the past, while there were worries about steemit's promotional methods which involved "community"(organic), in comparison to Dash that made use of a more proactive mainstream-looking methods (Amanda); i had seen the beauty in the approach steemit took. Slow though, steemit simply wanted the community (you and me) to take charge; to grow in love for steem and see its beauty, till we are moved to tell it to others etc 

Steemit was going to play with and explore the true beauty of blockchain and why not!

Organic!

Community is key, in steem's vision and features related to enhancing community too e.g humans, entrepreneurs, dream-builders; you and me (the mainstream audience)!

These subtle-looking "human" elements and traits of the vision steem carries, have ginormous power in appealing to the soft-spot of "humans" (more solid global reach in the long term) and power lies there. 

So, see the videos above intently and see if we are headed somewhere. Hear the undertone! Seek the eyes of the man to see if there is "beautiful disruption" in its glee and see if you can see where we are headed.

Overall, it isn't entirely about "steemit" now, for there was life before "steemit". Keep riding your dreams into spanlessness still, "tech or no tech". 

Then, when your dream is set, steem will either be ready for you or you can use your now-set-dream to influence steem.

Now is the time to play and rehearse. Now, is the time to take those dreams to set-state, keep them alive in dream-bits. 

SMT will allow you fund-raise even, but your dreams will need to be "set" still, for like-minds to consider joining in and to gather like-minds is "now", not then! 

If you keep on with FOMO now and let that deter or delay your dream-building (which can be on-going now), it may be MO then.
