Estimated Value and bitcoin

Hello I know this might seem like it is a double post in the tag. I just wanted to know what the Estimated Value, and what the bitcoin in the wallet area of Steemit are? I assume that the Estimated Value is the USD or SD that you could get right now. I have tried to add .2 to Steemit, but for some reason I get to the bitcoin page and the no other transactions but I don't see a submit button. Can anyone help or explain the bitcoins to me more? Thank you so much.
