I am pleased to announce that the Average Number of Accounts Registered for June has hit 2,032 Accounts per Day.
As this Average Number of Daily Accounts breaks +2,000 per day at a staggering 2,032, I am happy to maintain the Year End Target recently lifted to 600,000 Accounts.
This Target of 600,000 Accounts is a Conservative Target and will most likely be adjusted regularly to the upside throughout the second half of the year.
METHODOLOGY TO SET THE TARGET
In order to maintain a calculated methodology of setting the Target I will lift/adjust the Target as more data becomes available.
Readers of my Blog will know that I always like to keep my powder dry and keep plenty in reserve, that is why I have chosen this methodology as oppose to just randomly calling out any number out of thin air.
Sure, we could hit +700k, we could even hit +800k, +900k or +1m, but it would be crazy to call these numbers out just to sound cool without backing them up.
Having a simple methodology set out will allow us to monitor the Target as we begin to pass through the second half of 2017.
CONTINUED GROWTH
I think it is quite safe to say now that there is absolutely no question at all that the recent growth that has been witnessed not only in the number of New Accounts being Registered on STEEMIT, but also the volume of Transactions the Community is now creating and recording on the STEEM BLOCKCHAIN is EXPLOSIVE..!!
This EXPLOSIVE GROWTH we have witnessed over the last 6-8 weeks is showing ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNS of slowing down..!!

I can definitely relate to you price target or go even higher. Unless we have problems with bitcoin getting forked. The market is melting down today due to scalling issues and the alts are getting hit the most.

That's great and a very healthy methodology you have. It's very easy to convince 'normal' people join Steemit. Once they hear, that is is for free and you can earn money by posting content. They get very into it. Once people found out, they are willing to educate themselves about Cryptocurrency and Blockchain. I try to contribute my part to that.

This is a very good point and is absolutely right. The people I have introduced to STEEMIT have told me that not only have they found a new group of friends, they are educating themselves on Crypto Coins, Blockchain, Decentralisation and getting PAID all at the same time..!! Stephen
I actually think your 'Year en target' is really conservative aswell. Looking at the other cryptos development aswell as Steemit's foundation, I think the market cap can possiboy get way higher than 1.1 bil in 6 months!
