Do we ever get paid again like january 2018 from steemit
#Steemit is a rocket that suddenly popped up on the internet with limited users. It is gathered millions of users in just a span of two years. When i joined steemit(2017, JUNE ) 1 steem value was around $0.98. It took me for a while to get used to this platform but as soon as posting some stuff, i started gathering little engagement and appreciation from limited number of people.
In January 2018, steem value was over $7 and SBD value was over $12-$15. Everything was so high, even steemit newbies used to get upvoted well. But after 8 months of high rise steem value went down the hill like bitcoin lost his value down to $4k USD from $20K usd.
Steemit whales making constant long posts but still i see there are no much appreciation value like before. Steemit trending page used to have posts with more than $1k USD upvotes value. Now everything seems to low, even the most of the popular content makers are getting paid in cents. If the quality articles are just getting few cents and the time of the posts just 7 days then how come the real worth get paid for the quality time and quality efforts they kept for writing single article. How come these newbies get motivated when they are getting very less than few cents.
I guess they should increase the steem power value irrespective of the downfall in steem and steem dollar. May be steem worth just few cents now but if steemit can increase the power of steemit power then we all see those big figures all around the posts, rather than just cents. If there is a possibility that steemit can increase the value of steem power, it can gather the new audiences and content creators and much motivations between the users.
I believe in this massive community, it is the only platform when can make money right from being a noob, instantly. I still have massive trust towards this platform that every person out there get confidence to be financially independent irrespective their daily 9-5 jobs.
I hope steem value could go higher than before in the new upcoming years. I wish i will see the massive engagement here again like before. Cheers!
its wishful thinking but if you truly believe in Steem then advertise it wherever you go. Inform others of this site and tell them to buy Steem, the only way to get the coin back to those levels is to start initiatives on your own to promote your coin and your projects based around that coin.
