We had some delays in being able to perform Payment Maintenance Window. This payment window includes the last 3 weeks. Though we are early on the 3rd week, just about, was better to include the payment for the 3 weeks.

There were no purchases of WATER coin to promote posts, as such we have stayed on the base 0.001 payout per week. As usual, that is part of a stimulus and unless there are purchases to promote posts, we may not perform a stimulus until there are payments to promote posts. Then would base on how many WATER coins built up.

We have logged everyones WATER coins, zeroed and each Steem Sea Member who participated during this period has got 0.003 STEEM DOLLARS!

(If we had purchases of WATER coin (can be verified in our wallet) to promote posts then @ervin-lemark would have got more than 55% of the payout! Shout out to @ervin-lemark for reaching first place and sorry that no one has purchased WATER coins to promote posts or would have been a good pay day for you).

Payouts will be happening over the next few hours.

Steem Sea is out of PWM and everyone can add their posts for Steem Sea Members to view and take action on and to earn WATER coins.
