STEEMPH.CEBU TUTORIAL: BASIC TIPS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN STEEMIT PART 1
Sharing you some basic guidelines that will level up your Steemit Success. This post is intended to help upcoming steemians and newbies to broaden their horizon in exploring Steemit.
Let's get started.
1. SAVE and BACKUP YOUR PASSWORD
This is extremely important for your safety and security. Your password defines your financial account in Steemit, as much as possible have it printed or save it in your mail or computer if you don't want to lost your money. In your wallet, when you go to permission section, do save your posting, active, owner key and memo.This will back you up in case you forgot you want to post or do transactions.
2. "KEEP READING A HABIT"
Do follow the guidelines because this is beneficial and can boost your knowledge for better understanding how Steemit works.

3. SPREAD KINDNESS AND HAVE A GENEROUS ATTITUDE
We all love to be valued on our post, comments , upvotes or resteem. Appreciate others work, not everyone here is good at writing or is fluent in English. We all learn from experiences, when we genuinely engage to others by heart,we care.
Upvoting because you want to support the person, resteeming because the quality of post is helpful and leaving thoughtful comments to appreciate one's work.
4. HIGH QUALITY CONTENT , USEFUL POST and PROPER TAGGING IS FUNDAMENTAL
Have the courage to share your voice. As you mostly notice here in Steemit, those high quality content and useful posts have high rewards.
At the very first place that you step in this platform, focus on learning further , go to "Hot" and "Trending" Section where you can find valuable information.
Do read post similar to your interest, follow the people who can add value to the community and can give you a deeper knowledge that you can apply in the future.
The first tag should be the most popular one and the only tag that we can't edit . you can find it on the right corner of the home or feed section. Don't put tags that are not relevant to your post. Tags are important to add more exposure on your posts.
5. BE ORIGINAL
NO PLAGIARISM! Give credits to the owner if you don't own a quote, video, music, picture or sayings by putting the source in it.
Remember plagiarism is highly frowned upon in this community. You are monitored by @cheetah and @steemcleaners who they find links that are similar to your post, they are REDFLAGS. Be very careful because this can affect your vote and account!
