I see were getting labeled as spammers -> adding a self imposed blacklist for community leaders

New feature in the clip once vote selling is finished... Tag blacklists. -> any type of spam filter processes / or manual requests from communities will blacklist their communities from any of our services.

Were not here to spam or hurt were just here to help, Without the comments noone would know we even had the votes in the first place so to draw any negative interactions is exactly what we dont want...
