RE: How to Use The New Blocktrades Interface to Exchange Steem For Bitcoins

in #steemit8 years ago (edited)

I tend to use bittrex because I have been experimenting with altcoin trading, but having learned that this does not effect the market value of STEEM I may have to switch whenever I am next in need of such of a service.

Wouldn't it be great if we could all just pinky promise never to sell Steem for less than the ask price, even if takes two days to sell? Then the price of STEEM would never stop going up if every one could keep their word.

Of course.. That would never happen. Lol.

I have resteemed because this is incredibly useful.

I haven't cashed out well apart from some on her buying it of me, I've decided too power up as to scared to cash out, the process is way too scary for me.

Perhaps there ought to be a more comprehensive guide on how to do so. I will perhaps make one on how to cash out through local bitcoins using paypal, without the need to sign up to coin base and give out so much personal information. I haven't come across one of those yes.

It's not quite as complicated as you might think, but I do remember being worried I was going to get ripped off when I was cashing out from bittrex, and especially at local bitcoins.

But, I have found it to be a lot more secure than I initially thought. There is the added benefit of escrow on LBTC which is very similar to ebay buyer protection, so if someone doesn't pay you the money, you don't need to give them Bitcoins.

Great thank you for letting me know :) ill go check it out know. Thanks again

Brill, I am following you now so will look out for it. Thank you :)

That tutorial is up now. Sorry it took so long. I needed a lot of screenshots.

Could you please write it from a newbies perspective please, I can imagine that would be a massive help :)

Yes of course. It shall be at some point next week.
