Poloniex STEEM & SBD Wallets Functioning After 6 Months!
Poloniex STEEM/SBD wallet is back on line!
Poloniex is a major Concurrency Exchange. It has been almost 6 months that Poloniex wallet has been down and most everyone had given up on the possibility that they will ever get the wallet back on line. I have come to learn that exchanges run a STEEM node to make STEEM or SBD transactions. When this node goes down, then Deposits and Withdrawals stop functioning. I was late to learn that Poloniex STEEM/SBD wallet is back up. Both Deposits and Withdrawals have been working for a day now. This is great news for the future of STEEM. How and why Poloniex suddenly got the wallet working is still a mystery.
I hope this trend continues as Binance and HitBTC have the same issue with STEEM wallets.

What do you think @socky...for how long this steem and SBD wallet will work on poloniex??? Can any one advise is it safe to keep our STEEM & SBD on POLONIEX??
I would not advise to leave any currency on exchanges. I have have lost money doing that. Poloniex will have a long road ahead of them to get redemption from Steemit users.

There are YouTube videos that you can review. It is an exchange like any other. I would advise caution as this exchange abandoned STEEM/SBD wallets for almost 6 months.
