Only Introductions & Steem about posts make money
Okay this is irritating and please dont blame me for the post.
Truth is - all posts about STEEM (how great it is) or introductions (hey its me XX + pic) are making money all others are not.
This is pretty much strange. On all networks good movies (youtube) or picturs (imgur or random) or just questions make popularity. Up here either you post your pic and story of life or you say how Steemit is the best.
Other than that - you will get pennies or nobody will vote.
Lets put a thought to this:
On Steem platofmr posts about Steem being great are superb. Shoulnt my link on ie Reddit about Steemit being super be more important? Well no. All links suck, only posting on Steem about Steem is good (you get the loop?).
So when can we really give bloggers money and get good conent here or will we keep seeing fake posts about introductions and steemit FTW forver ?
Discuss (not enought comments too) ! :)
So much impatience. We need to start somewhere! At the moment priority is on growing the community to reach critical mass, while encouraging diversity as much as possible, and onboarding as many interesting people as we can. That takes time. Once the community has reached critical mass and keeps expanding alone, there will be much less focus on encouraging new joiners and much more focus on promoting quality content. Bear with us. Being an early adopter is both a privilege and a duty.
yes yes yes
YES!
Value is subjective. Would you wander into a church and complain that they're mostly only interested in religion? You have to either provide what the existing audience likes or bring in a new audience of your own. Complaining won't help anyone.
indeed...that deserves an upvote.

I don't quite agree, there are many other posts being shares here, and as we have more users jump onboard it will even out.
#introduceyourself is the new #titsorgtfo
There are a few posts that make money. I think @stellabelle is doing just fine.
Seems like a ponzi scheme, sorta like bitcoin
lol
to distribute more voting power to new real users is not bad. the question is, will it be changed in the near future?
We are looking for good content. Not just posts about Steem or introduction. Quality and interesting posts are what draw attention and upvotes. Comments without upvotes are not rewarded. I agree this somehow discourages users from commenting.
