BITCOIN TO BE BEARISH OR BULLISH ?

Considering the market conditions and the tough week , we have experienced bitcoin dropping from the price $45,333.22 to the price of $39789.45 and many investors are having a doubtful mind if bitcoin wil ever make it to the highs at $70,000. Well i just want to here your views on this guys
