Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 31/1/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Jan 2025- Bitcoin reached over "108.000" on December 17th and so the bull season doesn't seem to be done just yet. We mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. But sadly there's not been a lot of movement from our own token this bullrun, but what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to having work early in the morning, but also being tired from the previous early shifts. The past few nights are still a later time than what I would want to be asleep by as sometimes I feel still too tired to not nap during the day. When I did try to sleep the cold made it initially a little difficult. I woke-up about 4 hours to my scheduled alarm, I think this is likely due to being both hot and cold. This as prompted me to try and change some of the duvets around because they have different tog ratings but I don't' know which is the one with the highest, perhaps doing this might help me to regulate my temperature. Thankfully our "cat alarm clock" seems to no longer make noise during the night to be let out, he as lately spent more nights indoors and he's mood seems to have improved slightly since moving into the kitchen. These early mornings are usually a struggle to wake-up for and this morning was no different. For the weather it was dark, the sky was mostly clear, temperature wise it was cold from the start. It was another early start for me, not by choice but because I had to be in work very soon, and so there was no time for chores or anything else. I done what I could, and with my free time over I skipped breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work it was cold very icy again and raining, actually the rain was helping fight the icy weather, traffic was still busy but not too bad. When I got to work there was nobody there and no cars, I know I left a few minutes earlier this morning and also rushed a bit due to the rain but still thought the one in charge this morning would beat me to it. But quickly my boss arrived and commented about the horrible weather, he was not wrong and soon after arrived the colleague for getting task2 set. I left my boss to deal with that while I checked the fire doors, then I began with task1 and was shocked to see how pitiful the work for it was for this shift. I completed task1 taking my time and then began with task2 which was more like the usual amount of work I would expect but it was still lacking. Taking my time with that task2 was completed right on time. And finally task3 which again almost had the amount I expected but was lacking some, while I was working on task3 my boss requested that I stayed longer this shift to cover him while he goes to another site. I had no problem with this and told him I will cover, I rushed task3 a little towards the end because I started to get worried about the time I had left. But with the most troubled section of the work which I left until last I was lucky that my boss told me not to worry about it and he would deal with it making it easier for me later. Since my boss gave me a shortcut I was able to complete task3 with nearly 15 minutes to spare. I checked to see if I had any silly weekly tasks to get done and none were down with my name for once. Now I know the superiors were saying to do a few tasks regardless of who's name is on it but after all that nonsense with giving me all the tasks last week I felt like it was about time someone else actually does their own task because I'm not the only person who works there. I got on with the usual work and was surprised the superiors who were in didn't chase me up to do some nonsense work. Lately I had to fight for any extra spare minutes or hope that work was magically minimal so that I can complete all tasks, which is honestly not how work should be structured and just proves they are just expecting miracles, it's all a strain for peanuts. Some of the superiors were just as surprised that our boss left today, he was suppose to return before I left apparently. It was mostly a good shift, but tiring so I was glad when it came time for me to escape work😁. On the way home it was bright but I hoped for all the sunshine that we had yesterday but no luck, strangely it wasn't so cold. Once I arrived home I got started with chores, I wanted to continue with the bathroom, fighting some of the mold trying to settle on the ceiling but I just didn't have the time to get that far. Like this there was also no time for napping and then I went to meet with friends online which just before I started to feel very tired. I was surprised everybody showed up as some friends were suppose to be out for a dinner. For the quick work-outs it's been 63 days since my last one but it's going to have to keep waiting longer because of what I think is the flu continually trying to take over. Lastly I started to prepare dinner, I didn't check-in with my father, and then I settled in for the night. On Steemit.com 📊 the Steemit Awards arrived a little late but winners were announced, I have a link to the post on this post below. TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. This was part of the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards. I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. You can recover any funds by creating a new tron account with TronLink and then adding the Steem generated TRX account to that newly created account. I still think we should of kept the TRX wallet functional if you agree on keeping the TRXwallet you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Reminder: There as been promises of war arising everywhere, a war in this day and age will be devastating, so we must continue to work on remaining at peace, and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
