Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 29/1/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Jan 2025- Bitcoin reached over "108.000" on December 17th and so the bull season doesn't seem to be done just yet. We mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. But sadly there's not been a lot of movement from our own token this bullrun, but what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to having work early in the morning, but also being tired from the previous early shifts. The past few nights are still a later time than what I would want to be asleep by as I feel still too tired not to nap during the day, however my friend kept me up longer last night stressing out to me about work. When I did try to sleep there was no difficulty, I think I was just too tired to let anything disturb me. I woke-up many hours to my scheduled alarm, firstly I had no idea why but I think again it's because I got too hot. After trying for 1 hour I finally managed to sleep again, nothing from our "cat alarm clock" he was indoors but remained quiet all night. He is suddenly going out less which is good considering the weather lately, however I noticed he seems rather depressed for some reason, but since deciding to sleep in the kitchen the mood as improved. These early mornings are usually a struggle to wake-up for and this morning was no different. For the weather it was dark, the sky was mostly clear, temperature wise it was cold from the start. So it was another early start for me, not by choice but because I had to be in work very soon, and so like this there was no time for chores or anything else. I done what I could, and with my free time over I skipped breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work it was cold out compared to the previous few days it was considered pleasant, while traffic was still busy it was much quieter than usual which was odd. When I got to work I was hoping it would be my boss working with me rather than any of the superiors, I guess he is my favourite again and this was the case. On arrival I saw the guy waiting around for getting task2 set but when my boss opened the door for me I could see he had already set task2 so no idea why the guy was still hanging around. I started by checking the fire exists and beginning with task1, looking at the work it was pitiful so I wouldn't need to rush. Even with taking my time I was done way early so began with task2, looking at the work for that it was also very little but we did however get some work from the site who had the recent stabbing incident. I guess this means they are beginning to get things rolling there again, I presume with some new staff present as five of the staff in total were stabbed. Scary stuff which I'm sure those above give little care or thought on, they just want their money rolling in again quickly as possible. Task2 was also completed very early, so instead of starting with task3 I looked over the weekly task sheet and decided to complete the task I started back on Monday. While doing this I started to get a little worried about not getting task3 completed, thankfully task3 was also not a lot so I was able to get it done under the required time, and so giving me the chance to start with todays weekly task. I just about managed to get it completed before it was time to go home, well it actually still required a little more work but I'm hoping a colleague can make it look a little better during he's shift. I tried and admit I was lucky to even get that done, but only because there was not much to do for the usual work, I have to fight for any extra spare minutes or hope that work is minimal so that I can complete all tasks which is honestly not how work should be structured and just proves they are just expecting magic. It's all a strain for peanuts but yet they expect you to just create miracles out of thin air. And while these idiotic superiors are fine to make up all their own lame excuses without any questions being asked. While it was mostly good for the shift it was slow moving, thankfully it soon came time for me to escape work😁. On the way home I wanted to get some supplies from the supermarket, I was glad it wasn't too busy, it was brighter out now but the clouds remained. Once I arrived home I got started with chores, mostly done the bathroom and then went for a shower. I initially thought I might take a nap but somehow managed to not sleep. After I done a few more things I went online to meet with friends, they all showed up and good progress was made for the time given as we all need to leave earlier now due to work. For the quick work-outs it's been 61 days since my last one but it's going to have to keep waiting longer because of what I think is the flu continually trying to take over. Lastly I started to prepare dinner, I didn't check-in with my father, and then I settled in for the night. On Steemit.com 📊 the Steemit Awards arrived a little late but winners were announced, I have a link to the post on this post below. TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. This was part of the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards. I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. You can recover any funds by creating a new tron account with TronLink and then adding the Steem generated TRX account to that newly created account. I still think we should of kept the TRX wallet functional if you agree on keeping the TRXwallet you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Reminder: There as been promises of war arising everywhere, a war in this day and age will be devastating, so we must continue to work on remaining at peace, and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
