Good day Steemian and welcome, this is more than just a price update on the Steem cryptocurrency for 10/1/2025, under the hood it's been a 8 year project.
I have been posting the Steem price update since almost the very beginning of Steemit.com back in 2016 along with other content, plus I have attended many Steem official events and represented Steem at smaller events.
Many have came here to discuss the daily Steem price and recent Steemit changes for over 8 years.

There as never been a single power down made on this account since that time "8 years", our mission is to retain and rise the price of Steem for the benefit of us all. We do this by not only holding STEEM but by also buying into STEEM from time to time. All this rises the price of STEEM meaning your investment goes up in value and so does your earned rewards.

I'm sure we all want a better future for Steem and so casting your upvote here keeps Steem locked to raise it's value for us all plus we will try and use some of that Steem to buy even more. Most of the players in the crypto sphere are only here for some quick and often times shady profits, this is before they decide to just get up and disappear. But we have been here for the long run and would like to see Steem remain a strong and reliable token.

Jan 2025- Bitcoin reached over "108.000" on December 17th and so the bull season doesn't seem to be done just yet. We mention bitcoin because it can be a indication on the direction that Steem will follow. But sadly there's not been a lot of movement from our own token this bullrun, but what this means is that Steem itself is still wide open price wise for the smart and smaller investors👍. Last night I went to sleep under the usual late hour, this was mostly due to being out with friends and not feeling to well. When I did try to sleep there was no difficulty, this kind of surprised me as the way my throat was hurting I thought it would affect my sleep, plus the feeling of being cold from being outside too long. I woke-up 3 hours to my scheduled alarm because of our latest "cat alarm clock" being unsettled again, after giving him a chance to settle down he unfortunately continued, so I let him go outside as he requested. I went back to sleep thankfully without much issue, only to wake at my scheduled alarm later which turn out good for me. Most mornings I'm resting past the alarm, sometimes I'm not going to sleep early enough, while other times the cooler temperature is making getting out of bed a struggle. For the weather this morning it was a dark, the sky was relatively cloudy, the sun is trying to be seen but the ground and surfaces are covered in frost, temperature wise it was comfortable but likely just due to the heating being on. It was a late start but not a problem for me because I only had work later in the day, and like this I still had time for chores and a few other things. I felt a lot better compared to when I arrive home last night and might just about have enough energy to be able to tackle and get through work. And so I would say the late start was very much worth it if this means I would feel better. I done what I could, and with my free time over I ate breakfast, got my bag set for work, I changed and left. On the way to work it was no doubt cold, but better compared to the previous 3 days making me feel more confident that I could get through work, still even with some sunshine there was a lot of frost around. When I got to work I was not looking forward to being in charge of the extra work, mostly because of how cold it was again. But I was feeling more confident in general doing this in the latest way, I felt like I got a good understand of how it all needs to be processed. I started with getting some of the paper work done then checking the schedule which showed I still had a lot of time, but of course I had my doubts so continued to get the rest of the organising and paper work. When I was almost finished with the paper work my superior came down to tell me the guy was already here to get started. This was to no surprise🙄 a good 40 mins earlier which is why I never trust that dammed scheduled and always like to get organised first. And I think that's what messed me up for the day "when my superior came down" because after I had finished all the work I had another superior come down to basically point out I was taking too long with the job and that I needed to be quicker because of lack of resources. This really annoyed me 😡 because the part he was referring to actually took 40 minutes, he was claiming I was taking 1 hour and 30 minutes😡. Unfortunately I didn't initially realise he extended 50 minutes from out of he's own ass, I also found it ironic that the fat guy who wouldn't be able to do the job he was complaining to me about was telling me I was taking too long🤷‍♂️. But to keep it more professional I can say I found it ironic the guy who as never done this part of the job once in he's life was also telling me it was taking too long🤷‍♂️. I think this nonsense also came from the fact that they are pissed at me for not coming in on my day off to help them out. Well I'm sorry but that's just petty and they are not suppose to use what is allowed "your actual day off" against you just because I didn't drop everything in my life for their company. I was furious 😡 for the rest of the time there but still done the best I could so that the team that comes in later "can have nothing to do" because that's obviously fair🤔. These people just have no respect I was honestly tempted to phone up this morning and tell them I was too sick to come in but didn't, yet you still get treated like crap when you come into work "sick" because you don't want to let the team down, some respect should go both ways right🤷‍♂️? Still we had enough done that by the time the rest of the team arrived it honestly shouldn't take them long to get it completed. I'm not responsible for having the work completed by tonight as I get out earlier so it will be down to them. Thankfully before I got too fed up it soon came round for me to escape work😁. On the way home it had already turned dark, it was cold out but not like yesterday. Once I got home I had little time to get started with chores before having to meet with friends online. But before getting down to that I first had to pay a few bills which might now affect me for the Steem I wanted to try and purchase. So I turned up online for the latest time compared to the previous days. Spent most of my time venting to my friends about the idiots in charge from work, because I was so late there was not much progress made but with the time we had it went well. For the quick work-outs 45 days since my last one but they are going to have to wait even longer because of what I think is another flu trying to take over. Lastly I started to prepare dinner, I check-in with my father, then I settled for the night. On Steemit.com 📊 the Steemit Learning Challenge Season 22 Week 4 is underway this is a opportunity for users to learn and earn STEEM. TRX wallets on Steemit.com have been removed by the Steemit Developers a long with any funds. This was part of the condenser project to fix all the wrong display numbers from rewards. I think removing the TRX wallet is downscaling the usefulness of the SteemitWallet and the Steem token as a whole. You can recover any funds by creating a new tron account with TronLink and then adding the Steem generated TRX account to that newly created account. I still think we should of kept the TRX wallet functional if you agree on keeping the TRXwallet you can write to them here asking for it's return TRXWallet. Reminder: There as been promises of war arising everywhere, a war in this day and age will be devastating, so we must continue to work on remaining at peace, and not to fight in wars that don't belong to us.
